You Don't Have to Keep Holding It All Together.

Support for women navigating ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and the pressure to keep everything together.

ADHD Therapy for Women

A future virtual therapy practice supporting women with ADHD across Canada through compassionate, evidence-informed therapy.

When Everything Feels Like Too Much

My future practice will provide individualized, evidence-informed therapy for women experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and major life transitions. Together, we can explore patterns, build practical strategies, and develop greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

When Your Brain Doesn't Seem to Follow the Rules

For women with ADHD, life can often feel like a constant push between potential and exhaustion. ADHD-informed therapy can provide a space to better understand your mind, reduce burnout, develop practical strategies, and create systems that feel sustainable and aligned with the life you want to build.
