My work is grounded in a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy. I support women facing anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions by combining evidence-informed strategies with deeper exploratory work. Together, we focus on creating meaningful, lasting change—rooted in clarity, self-awareness, and intentional action

The Approach
Educational Background

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Acadia University and am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology through City University of Seattle. My training emphasizes evidence-based practice and thoughtful, individualized care, with continued focus on ADHD, anxiety, and women’s mental health.

Therapeutic Approachs

My work is integrative and tailored to each client, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, SFBT, and mindfulness-based therapies, while remaining grounded in a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective.
